At The Heart and Hand Center we believe that true healing comes through the heart, rather than just the head.  We serve as a full service counseling  and therapy center in Bozeman, Montana, and specialize in Art therapy, Equine Therapy and other expressive therapeutic approaches to accompany or substitute traditional therapy approaches.  Our Center truly is a destination for those of all ages, seeking to heal the hurts of life.

When life has us feeling off center and things aren’t easy it is usually because of some deep underlying pain or trauma that makes us feel trapped, unsafe and unhappy.  Often these wounds are present in the realm of the subconscious mind and have great impact on our lives and behaviors, without us even knowing it.  Unfortunately, this often happens to young children who have suffered trauma. This can carry through one’s whole life if never addressed and may decrease our quality of life, vibrancy and internal power.

The good news is that there is hope! Regardless of when a traumatic event happened, healing is possible. It is never too late to work through past emotional wounds.
