Riverside Theatre, established in 1981, is a professional theater company in Iowa City, Iowa that produces new works and the classics during Riverside Theatre in the Park, formerly The Riverside Theatre Shakespeare Festival.Our mission is to provide an artistic home for theatre professionals from Iowa and beyond, and to entertain audiences with intimate, engaging productions from the classics to world premieres.
