CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. was founded in 1974 as Commercial Property Management, Inc.  It has had five major acquisitions in its’ history:  1982 – purchase of Rogue Property Management; 1985 – purchase of Hockersmith Property Management; 1993 – purchase of Active Property Management Services, Inc.; 2001 – purchase of Total Management Services, Inc.; and 2011- acquisition of RE/MAX PLATINUM.

CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. began as a partnership in 1974 and became a sole proprietorship in 1982.  On January 1, 1994, Commercial Property Management merged with Active Property Management Services, Inc. and became AP Management, Inc. dba Commercial Property Management.  In July of 1999, AP Management, Inc. was purchased by a group of local stockholders who have been involved in Property Management and Development throughout the Rogue Valley.  In the year 2000, Commercial Property Management acquired Total Management Services and quickly became the largest real estate management firm when it merged with Capital Property Management in 2003.  In 2009 Commercial Property Management changed its name to CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. to better represent the broad array of real estate services it provides to the region.  In 2011, CPM acquired RE/MAX PLATINUM, a professional real estate brokerage that provides Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing services, solidifying our goal to be the largest, most professional, full-service real estate company in Southern Oregon.
