Jeff, an ASE Master Mechanic started Auto Fix in 2011 with a goal to offer as many services as possible knowing people shouldn't need to go to a larger town to have repairs done. Jeff has a passion for education and is continuously taking classes to improve his FIX AUTO skills and knowledge in the automotive world. Holly came out of the Healthcare Industry in 2019 to be a part of the day-to- day life of Auto Fix. Holly loves the opportunity to talk directly with customers and has a passion for community service in her off time. Holly believes that technical expertise needs to work hand-in-hand with customer service. AUTO FIX Britt has been part of our Auto Fix family since June 2024, when she isn't being a customer service superhero she enjoys working on the Henning Ambulance, hunting and fishing with her friends and family and enjoys taking her pup Remi on new adventures. Since 2019, Bryce at Auto Fix shifted from alignments and general maintenance to diagnostics and now manages the Ottertail shop. With family and dogs, he enjoys bowling, Bry AutoFI gaming, camping, Dole hunting, and shooting. AutoFix Meet Chris, a local Auto Fix team member since July 2023. He specializes in Alignments and General Maintenance for all makes and models, aspiring to tackle anything car-related. Off- duty, Chris enjoys golf, 4-wheeling, and camping with his dogs Mac & Eve. John, at Auto Fix since May 2023, excels in heavy line repairs and major engine work at the Ottertail Shop. A tool enthusiast, he enjoys farming, demolition derbies, camping, hunting, and fishing with his wife, daughters and dogs Harry & Thunder.
