decoCRETE is owned and operated by Chuck & Jackie Ruel. We first noticed decorative concrete when we visited Florida in 2002. The next year we started resurfacing concrete and installing epoxy garage floor coatings.
We specialize in stamped concrete, epoxy flooring & resurfacing existing concrete in Northern Minnesota and North Dakota regions.
